A mini split job has the equipment, the work to mount it and run the line set, and sometimes the power to the unit. Angi puts professional installation at $2,000 to $5,000 and says the total depends on system type, BTU capacity and mounting location1. It lists contractor labor at $300 to $2,000 for a single-zone system, permits at $250 to $400, and an electrician at $50 to $100 per hour if the home has no dedicated circuit1.
The Cozeware prices below are for the unit only. Angi's average cost by size runs wide, $700 to $3,200 for 12,000 BTU and $1,000 to $4,200 for 18,000 BTU, and its table does not say whether installation is included1. No source we read publishes an installed price for a specific Cozeware unit, so this page gives the lines and does not invent a total.
Seven Cozeware mini split units. The store's pages show a higher struck-through price beside each listed one. Sound and coverage figures are the store's own, from each product page.

Prices before tax, read October 12, 2026; free standard shipping applies to most US regions. Sound levels are the store's figures and the pages do not say how they were measured. The 12,000 BTU Visio page lists SEER2 only.
Angi gives a general rule of one ton, or 12,000 BTU, for every 500 or 600 square feet1. Cozeware's own 12,000 BTU pages state coverage for up to 750 square feet, and its 18,000 and 24,000 BTU pages state 1250 and 1500 square feet479. The two do not match, and neither accounts for ceiling height, windows, insulation or climate.
ENERGY STAR says a system that is too large or too small for its space will struggle to meet comfort needs, and that the contractor should verify the size with a calculation called Manual J2. If you are buying the unit yourself, ask whoever will install it to run that calculation before you order.
Angi publishes these lines. They overlap, so add the ones that match your job and do not sum the table.

| Contractor labor, single-zone1 | $300 to $2,000 | Angi |

Angi's guide was updated April 4, 2026 and read October 12, 2026. Angi's permit line is described there for multi-zone systems; ask your building department what a single-zone job needs at your address.
Returns. Cozeware accepts returns of eligible items in new and unused, resealable condition within 30 days of receipt, at its discretion, and its return page says 'Excluding installed products'11. It deducts a 20% restocking fee from refunds for returns not due to quality problems, and asks you to report damaged or defective items within 14 days of delivery11. Unpack and inspect the unit before anyone mounts it.
Warranty. Cozeware lists 7 years on the compressor and 5 years on parts from the date of delivery12. Its warranty page says the warranty is void for damage from improper installation, and that liability does not extend to labor, installation or removal costs12. Ask any installer to put the work in writing, and keep the invoice with the order number.
Shipping. Most US regions get free shipping, by FedEx from the warehouse closest to you, in 3 to 7 days by FedEx Ground; Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico and several territories are excluded10.
